I believe I will start actively looking forward, instead of getting mired down in the past.

This is difficult for me, I easily trip up in the grocery store, at a bar, or even while trying to fall asleep.

Today I will be happy to cash my last paycheck from the ET, feel lucky to get a facial at a discounted price, and excited that I’m graduating on Saturday.

Yes, that sounds nice.

I took my last final as an undergrad this morning.

Of course, this song was playing in my head after I finished. If you know me, this will make sense.

Gosh, I love MTM and I love that finals are OVER.

sooooo… i have no motivation to finish my research paper or study for my exam tomorrow.

instead, i’ve decided to post this video. i was a bit obsessed with this song in high school. sadly, i never had an actual copy of the his record “O”, just a burnt copy. goodness knows where that has ended up in the four or five moves that have occurred since i first received said copy.

Seeing as I don’t think I’ve ever officially met you… haha. And yes, I like it very much! thanks :)  Oops! I should’ve explained that Chris took this with my camera when he was visiting in March of this year (I couldn’t take off from work/school, I believe). Hopefully one day we will meet though!

This my friend Monica. This shot is part of a series called “Southern Culture” by photographer Frank Petronio. I don’t know this guy, but I sure do love this pic of Monica. I think this is so because she is usually so high energy that it’s interesting to see her in a relaxed state.
